Coaching and Introvision

More information on larger screens

Stopping triggers and expanding options.

My coaching is a holistic (mind, emotions, body) process of exploring and expanding solution focusssed ways of looking at and feeling/thinking through challenging situations, thoughts, and relationships.

Stress and Burnout: Introvision coaching is an effortless process stopping specific situations, tasks, and/or relationships from triggering counter-productive thoughts, anxieties, fears, and avoidance strategies. As a result, you experience a renewed freedom to feel, act, and change the way you want to – without stress.

Self-reflection and fostering resources: a space to feel safe arriving just as you are, knowing that you have all the resources already in you. Patient, empathic, direct, and trained in your executive context I guide activating resources, stimulating them to action, and moving through what might be blocking them.

Career challenges, unproductive thoughts, anxieties and fears

The challenge of dealing with unproductive thoughts, anxieties, and fears is common to all.

My coaching is for every one whose flight | fight | freeze | please reactions and avoidance mechanisms tell them something is wrong when trying to do something, deal with particular individuals, or achieve specific learning and life outcomes. It is for those open to new ways of thinking and willing to overcome stress and internal blockages.

Some of the most common issues/challenges I coach are:

  • Improving social, management and leadership skills
  • Dissolving inappropriate behavioura and tendencies
  • Reduced performance, creativity and motivation blockages, e.g. "internal dismissal'
  • General expansion of the behavioural repertoire
  • Dealing with personal crises, e.g. lack of self-confidence
  • Review of life and career planning
  • Support in acute conflicts, e.g. in relationship conflicts with other persons
  • Dealing with new roles, integrating new employees, changing the way in which a flexible and lean organisation is dealt with
  • Preparating for new tasks and situations
  • Dealing with structural (e.g. stagnation of sales) and individual (career) stagnation
  • Supporting the introduction/change of management style
  • Promoting teamwork, cross-departmental working groups and projects
  • Conflict management among individuals or within groups
  • Working on discrepancies between formulated corporate culture and observable employee behaviour

Anywhere ... anytime. Transparent and confidental.
