What is Introvision?

Introvision is a clear path to dissolving chronic or acute stress. The result is a return to the freedom and flow you enjoyed before the stressor(s) became entrenched.

Why Introvision?

The challenge of dealing with unproductive thoughts, anxieties, and fears is common to all. Specific stimuli and situations trigger some more than others, and some not at all. Signs of being triggered are fight, flight, or freeze responses (I.e. stress) and/or avoidance behavior.

When Introvision?

Introvision comes in when trying to understand or overcome such triggers does not help, no matter what you do. When these triggers and their consequences keep you from doing or learning what you want; when they block you from making the changes you want to make; that is when Introvision Coaching is a way to break free by uninstalling the trigger(s) and dissolving the accompanying stress.

How does Introvision Coaching work?

There is nothing to do, nothing to prepare; introvisioning is a being with what is in your way in a mindful, non-interfering, non-rationalizing, and non-solution finding way. This way is quickly learned. I do the rest by guiding you to apply Introvision where it will do the most for you. I do this based on a unique Introvision intro discussion.

How long does it take?

It usually takes between four and six hours in one to three two-hour sessions one week apart.

Who is it for?

Introvision Coaching is for every one whose flight | fight | freeze reactions and avoidance mechanisms tell them something is wrong when trying to do something, deal with particular individuals, or achieve specific learning and life outcomes. It is for those open to new ways of thinking and willing to overcome stress and interal blockages instead of stressful struggling.
