Introvision is an effortless method for dissolving the triggers causing situations, tasks, and/or relationships to automatically activate counter-productive thoughts, anxieties, fears, and avoidance strategies. As a result you experience a renewed freedom to feel, act, and change the way you want to – without stress. I offer brief Introvision Coaching (usually two to three two-hour sessions) for all kinds of inner obstacles. And I integrate it in my presentation and interview coaching, and accelerated English and agile communication coaching and training.

Why Introvision?

The challenge of dealing with unproductive thoughts, anxieties, and fears is common to all. For every specific stimuli or situation it is also true that it triggers some more than others, and some not at all. You can easily recognize your specific unconscious triggers by the fight, flight, or freeze response (I.e. stress) and/or avoidance behavior they cause.

Introvision Coaching comes in when trying to understand or overcome such triggers does not help, no matter what you do. When these triggers and their consequences keep you from doing or learning what you want; when they block you from making the changes you want to make; that is when Introvision Coaching is a way to break free by uninstalling the trigger(s) and dissolving the accompanying stress.

There is nothing to do, nothing to prepare; introvisioning is a being with what is in your way in a mindful, non-interfering, non-rationalizing, and non-solution finding way. This way is quickly learned. I do the rest by guiding you to apply Introvision where it will do the most for you. I do this based on a unique Introvision intro discussion.
